April 29, 1999

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Roger Wood, Al Davis & Dennis Bryson. The minutes form the March 26, 1999 meeting were read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Dennis Bryson made a motion to except the minutes as read Roger Wood seconded the motion and all approved.

Payment of Bills There were fours bill submitted:

1. 040899-1 John Gover Training $ 352.71

2. 042499-1 Postmaster Box rent $ 14.00

3. 042499-2 Excel Computers Hardware Upg $1,273.05

4. 042499-3 Excel Computers Hardware Upg $ 201.99

New Business

Don Johnson read a report on a Hazmat Incident on C Highway east of Lowry City which occurred on April 07, 1999.

There was a discussion on charges to the carrier for response to Hazard Material Incidents. Don Johnson made a motion to look into the topic of charging carriers and Dennis Bryson Seconded the motion, all approved

The group set a preliminary date of October 21, 1999 for the EOC exercise. The next meeting date will be May 27, 1999.
