Minutes

Feb 24, 2000

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Jerry Hart, Paul Roberts, Robert Bray, and Roger Wood. The minutes form the January 22, 2000 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Don Johnson made a motion to except the minutes as read Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.

New Business

There were plans to hold a class on military crashes to be Held on April 27, 2000 in the old high school gym att 7:00 p.m. subject to the scheduled of the Whiteman Air force Base training officers schedule.

Election of Officers

John Christiansen was nominated for Chairman, there were no other nominations, Jerry Hart made the motion to close nominations for chairman and Don Johnson seconded the motion, all agreed. There was a motion by Don Johnson to maintain John Christiansen as chairman John Gover Seconded the motion and all agreed.

There was a motion by Don Johnson to re-elect John Gover as Sect/Tres

Roger Wood Seconded the motion and all agreed.

As stated in Article II section 2.3 of the By-Laws of the L.E.P.C., the above offices shall run for a term of Four (4) years and subject to the Membership laws set forth in the By-Laws.

2000 SEMA Conference

The members of the LEPC approved to have the LEPC provide funds for the Following Members to attend the 2000 SEMA. John Gover & Robert Bray. The LEPC Will Pay for Conference Fees, Lodging, Meals and Mileage.

Don Johnson Made the motion to adjourn, Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all agreed.
