The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, at 19:15 hrs those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, Mike Barkofske, and W.A. (Bill) Theal.

The regular meeting procedures were tabled to discuss a chemical spill and runoff from the Roger Richards property North of U.S. Highway 54 and St, Clair County road SE 551, Resulting in personal injuries and property damage.

Agencies involved: EPA, DNR, Missouri Dept of Conservation, Dept of agriculture Mike Barkofske made a presentation as an interested/ injured party and adjacent property owner

Meeting was adjourned at 21:25 hrs
