June 25, 1998

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Don Johnson, those in attendance were Don Johnson, John Gover, Tim Baughman, Jerry Hart Al Davis Melvin Bonner and Roger Woods. Candas Adams from SEMA to help the group plan for the Table Top Exercise to be held in August. Candy handed out copies of messages the group had give her earlier and spent the rest of the meeting writing and organizing the messages and the plan for the exercise.

John Gover made a motion to hold another meeting on August 13, 1998

being that the next meeting would be after the tabletop were still some things the group needed to meet with chairman John Christiansen who was unable to be at this meeting. Jerry Hart 2^nd the motion and all agreed.

There was one bill for Bill Thiel reimbursement of training expenses from the class on TRAIN THE TRAINER FOR HAZARD MATERIALS AWARENESS, all agreed to pay this bill for $61.56.
