Minutes

March 26, 1999

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Bill Theel, Al Davis. The minutes form the January 28, 1999 meeting were read and approved.

There was a bill for Post Office box rent in the amount of $14.00 Don Johnson made a motion to pay the bill, Al Davis seconded the motion and all approved.

John Christiansen announced the up coming regional lepc conference in Kansas City September 10 - 12 1999.

Chairman John Christiansen opened the floor to discussion. The topic of the upcoming Emergency Management / LEPC EOC exercise was discussed and It was subjected that we draft a letter to all the Elected Officials and emergency response agency in the county informing them about the exercise. The LEPC will try to get this letter out the last of April or early May.

The next meeting date will be April 29, 1999 at 19:00 Hrs. The meeting was adjourned.
