Minutes

May 27, 1999

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Don Johnson, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Melvin Bonner, Paul Roberts, Bill Theel & Jerry Hart. The minutes form the April 29, 1999 meeting were not read.

There was one bill:

1. 052799-01 Excel Computers Supplies $ 240.00

There was a motion by Jerry Hart to look into the purchase of an Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, and Screen to use with the Hazmat awareness training program. Al Davis seconded the motion and all approved.

There was a discussion on the purchase of radio equipment for LEPC and EOC. Bill Theel made a motion to have John Christiansen and Al Davis Look in to the Pricing of Radios, Antennas, towers, and License fees. John Gover seconded the motion and all approved.

John Gover made a motion to purchase a UPS Power backup for the LEPC Computer, Don Johnson Seconded and all Approved.

Bill Theel Made a motion for adjournment and all approved.
