Minutes
SEPTEMBER 24, 1998
The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Mark Hampton, Jerry Hart, Bill Theil, And Tim Nussbaum. The minutes form the June 25, 1998 & August 13, 1998 meetings were read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Don Johnson made a motion to except the minutes as read, Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.
Chairman John Christiansen submitted a copy of the 1998-1999 budget that had been faxed to the MERC as that it had to be submitted by September 15, 1998. The following is a break down of the budget.

Don Johnson Made a motion to except the budget as presented, Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.
There was one bill # 09241998-01 For $4.73, for reimbursed to John Christiansen for supplies at the table top exercise. Don Johnson made a motion to pay this bill, Bill Theil Seconded and all approved.
Jerry Hart stated that there needed to be a change to the EOP Annex were it stated that Sac-Osage Hospital Had Three ambulances no Four and that the statement about DECON needed to be corrected.
It was decided to set the October agenda to work on the EOP.
Don Johnson Made the motion to skip the November and December meetings and to make January 29, 1999 the next meeting after the October 1998 meeting, Mark Hampton seconded the motion and all approved.
The group decided to set the January 1999 meeting to work on an ID system for emergency response personal for the county.
Don Johnson made a motion to set the length of the meet times from 19:00 to 20:00 hours, Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.
