The meeting was called to order by Vic-Chairman Don Johnson. Those in attendance were Don Johnson and John Gover.

At the time of this meeting the St. Clair L.E.P.C. had $3793.62 in there account.

Vice-Chairman Don Johnson decided to adjourn the meeting for lack of attendance. Next meeting date will be October 26, 2000
