Minutes

August 30, 2001

The meeting was called to order by Sect/Tres John Gover, those in attendance were John Gover, Roger Wood, Ken Howard, David Switzner, Kevin Gates, Paul Roberts, and Jerry Hart. The minutes form the June 28, 2001 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Roger Wood made a motion to except the minutes as read Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.

Al Davis sent a bill for $840 to pay for the radio license to the FCC. Roger Wood made a motion to pay the bill and David Switzner seconded all approved.

John Gover Submitted a bill for $107.70 for 6 months internet service to enable him to up date the Website. Roger Wood made a motion to pay the bill and David Switzner seconded all approved.

Roger Wood had not been able to get a quoit on the Foam for firefighting and did find out that it now has a shelf life of 15 years

Jerry Hart made a motion to adjourn and all agreed.
