Minutes
January 25, 2001
The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Jim Wright, Jerry Hart, Larry Gates, Kevin Gates, Roger Wood, David Switzner, and Candace Adams.
Minutes from the December 07,2000 meeting were read By Sect/Tres John Gover. Don Johnson made the motion to approve the minutes as read, Jerry Hart 2nd the Motion and all approved.
Treasures report:
As of the date of the January 25, 2001 meeting the Country Treasure showed a balance of $5445.30 in the L.E.P.C. account. Don Johnson made the motion to approve the treasures report, Jerry Hart 2nd the Motion and all approved.
Bills:
1. Excel Computer Store
Domain Registration Service $ 75.00
Internet Web Hosting for 1 year $ 239.40
Less Discount for Advanced 1year payment $ - 35.91
TOTAL $ 278.49
Don Johnson made the motion to Pay Bill #1, David Switzner 2nd the Motion and all approved.
John Gover Stated that there would be an additional fee of $89.00 to have the Website Submitted in order to have it listed on web search engines.

Don Johnson made the motion to Pay Bill #2, Larry Gates 2nd the Motion and all approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Radio Freq is still of Hold pending release of funds by the County Commission.
John Christiansen submitted a letter he wrote to the Commissioners concerning the remodeling of the basement of the Courthouse for EOC. He showed a video showing the importance of having an EOC in the event of an emergency.
Jerry Hart made a motion to have the LEPC make up photo ID'S for all county responders, David Switzner 2nd the motion and all agreed.
Candace Adams of SEMA stated that the State Emergency Management Conference would be held in Tan-Tara on April 16 - 18, 2001. The LEPC agreed to pay for 2 members to attend from LEPC Funds (including MEALS)
Don Johnson made a motion to approved funding for the conference and Davis Switzner 2nd all approved.
