Minutes

January 30, 2003

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Don Johnson, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Roger Wood, Kent Howard, Al Davis, Larry Gates, Jerry Hart, and Theron Becker. The minutes form the October 30, 2002 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Jerry Hart made a motion to except the minutes as read Al Davis seconded the motion and all approved.

Old Business

Vice-Chairman Don Johnson opened the floor for discussion on any old business,

Flow Study - John Gover is to draft a letter to fire departments to see if they want to help do a flow study in their areas. John Stated that the letter had not been drafted yet.

Foam and Enductors - Roger Wood stated that all the foam and enductors had been delivered to the fire departments.

Radio Repeater - Al Davis reported that the repeater was completed and ready for shipment, and that the county had payed for it.

1. Internet Fees- Excel Computers - Al Davis motion - Roger Wood 2^nd

2. Software - Norton AV2003 - Jerry Hart motion - Al Davis 2^nd

3. Software - ArcView 8.3 - Al Davis motion - Larry Gates 2^nd

4. SEMA MEPA Conference - Larry Gates motion - Jerry Hart 2^nd

ID's - John Christiansen Has software to make ID's and will get to John Gover to start working on them, and bring samples to next.

Don Johnson turned the meeting over to John Christiansen and there was discussion on the Radio Repeater installation, It was decided to table the scheduling of putting the repeater till the next meeting.
