July 31, 2003

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, Al Davis, Paul Roberts, Ken Howard, Larry Gates, Jean Barham, Candace Adams (SEMA) and Sam Schaumann ( Louis Berger Group Inc.) There were no minutes read as Sect/Tres John Gover was absent from the meeting.

Sam Schaumann with the Louis Berger Group was at the meeting to present a introduction To starting the EOP revisions.

Candy Adams from SEMA was at the meeting to help with the planning updates and stated that the State plan would be on till 8-8-03.

After the Presentation and questions the meeting was adjourned by the Chairman.
