Minutes

March 27, 2003

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Commissioner Jay Knight, Paul Roberts, Larry Gates, Roger Wood, Larry Kottwitz, Al Davis, Bob Bray, Kent Howard, Theron Becker, Melvin Bonner, Mike Clark, Jerry Hart, and David Switzner. The minutes form the February 27, 2003 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Don Johnson made a motion to except the minutes as read Roger Woods seconded the motion and all approved.

Old Business

Chairman John Christiansen opened the floor for discussion on starting with the remodeling of the Basement. John stated that some of the material had been delivered and work was ready to start. John and Don Johnson removed some of the old partitions to give room for the new walls.

Roger Wood reported that the replacement cost for triple f foam would be $54 per five gallon units if bought at 10 unit lot with $100 shipping cost.

Al Davis made a motion to purchase 10 units of foam, Jerry Hart seconded and all approved,

Don Johnson made a motion to get 4 five gallon units to Lowry City Fire Department to replace the foam used by Sac-Osage fire on the LP gas roleover at WW & 82 Hwys Jerry Hart Seconded and all Approved.

John Christiansen said that he will talk with Sac-Osage Fire District Board Chairman Doug Wisnor about the replacement of the Foam used on the LP gas spill

John Gover stated that work on some Id badges were complete and waitting on data and photos to complete others.

There was a group discuession on the update to the EOP

John Christiansen went over a Draft of the Homeland Security plan of the state of Missouri and described the color code system

Next Meeting will be April 24 , 2003

Don Johnson made a motion to adjourn and Dave Switzner Seconded the motion, all agreed, Chairman Adjourned the meeting
