March 30, 2006

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, John Gover, Larry Gates, Roger Wood, Robert Albertson, Jeanne Millsap, Ken Howard, and Jerry Hart. No minutes form the February 23, 2006

John Christiansen stated that he was still studying the documents for the radio grant. Robert Albertson made a motion to setup a meeting with the departments to see there needs for radios some time in June 2006, Don Johnson 2^nd the motion and app approved.

John Gover still needs to cut a PO for the Flow study Collins Fire had done so they could be paid.

There was discussion on purchase of a new system to make ID badges and purchase tracking program with bar coder. Jeanne Millsap, John Gover, and Robert Albertson were appointed to a committee to get prices and decide which system to purchase.

Jerry Hart Made the motion to Adjourn and Robert Albertson 2^nd and All Approved.
