Minutes

May 31, 2001

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Don Johnson, those in attendance were Don Johnson, John Gover, Jerry Hart, Roger Wood, and Al Davis. The minutes form the March 29, 2001 meeting were read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Al Davis made a motion to except the minutes as read Roger Wood seconded the motion and all approved.

Discussion on the remodeling of the basement was tabled till the June 29, 2001 meeting.

Al Davie made a motion to pay a bill # 05312001-01 to Excel Computers for a replacement keyboard and upgrade modem on the LEPC Computer in the amount of $73.90 Jerry Hart seconded and all approved.

There were bills submitted for the SEMA Conference, and were tabled till the June Meeting.

Due to low attendance the Meeting was Adjourned.
