Minutes

May 30, 2002

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Don Johnson, those in attendance were Don Johnson, John Gover, Al Davis, Roger Wood, Robert Bray, Kent Howard, Bill Biggs, David Switzer and Jerry Hart. The minutes form the April 25, 2002 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Al Davis, made a motion to except the minutes as read ,Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved. Balance as of April 15, 2002 was $7103.75 Al Davis made a motion to except Tres Report Bob Bray seconded All Approved.

Business

Chairman John Christiansen opened the floor for discussion on business, Al Davis that there was not enough information on the Radio repeaters to discuss at this time.

Roger Wood stated that the Fire enductors and Foam had been delivered to him and ask where they were to be distributed to. It was decided that Collins, Lowry City, Appleton City and Osceola would each get 5-5 gallon units of FFFA foam and that The 2 enductors would go to Collins and Lowry City.

David Switzner brought to the groups attrition that there is a grant being al\applied for to get AED Automatic Defibulator for the county and ask if emergency management and LEPC could draft a letter supporting the grant. The group decided that would be a good idea and supported the suggestion.

There were no reports form the committee on the updates to the county EOP .
