Minutes

MAY 29, 2003

The meeting was called to order by Sect/Tres John Gover, those in attendance were John Gover, Roger Wood, Kevin Gates, Al Davis, Paul Roberts, Jerry Hart, and Bob Bray. The minutes form the April 24, 2003 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Al Davis made a motion to except the minutes as read Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.

Old Business Sect/Tres. John Gover opened the floor for discussion on any Old Business. John Gover ask about the Programer for the Handheld radios and Al Davis reported that Davis Communications would not ship it till they had received the money for it. Al stated that he did not have the invoice and thought it was sent to John Christiansen, John Gover is to check with John C. to see if he has the invoice.

Roger Wood stated that we also need to find out where the invoice from David's fire for the foam is at and get it paid.

Roger also has the foam and the forms so that he can get it out to the Fire Departments that were to get it.

New Business

One bill to Excel Computers for a HP 1200CXI printer in the amount of $446.61 Al Davis made a motion to pay this bill and Paul Roberts Seconded, all approved.

There was discussion on Repeater, Flow Study, and table top
