Minutes

November 29, 2001

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, Don Johnson, John Gover, Roger Wood, Kenneth Howard, Jerry Hart & Robert Bray. The minutes form the October 25, 2001 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Don Johnson made a motion to except the minutes as read Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved. Chairman John Christiansen submitted a DRAFT copy of New Annex, Annex N - WMD/TERR. (Weapons of Mass Destruction and terrorism. The group read over the Draft and made changes to it, updating phone numbers and Vice-Chairman Don Johnson phoned Sheriff Ron Snodgrass to get a update list of his Personnel and resources. There was a motion By Don Johnson and Seconded by Robert Bray to except changes and John C. Will make changes to the draft and resubmit at the January Meeting All approved.

John C. asked if we had approved the purchase of ARCVIEW Software to mapping of Hazmat sites and study information. John Gover stated that had already been approved in a previous meeting.

Don Johnson Made a motion to purchase $100 worth of postage materials ( envelope, stamps and paper) to mail out minutes and notices to members Roger Wood Approved and all approved.

Next meeting will be January 31, 2002 at 19:00 HRS at the St Clair County Courthouse.

Don Johnson Made the Motion to adjourn and Roger Wood Seconded all approved.
