Minutes

October 25, 2001

The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Christiansen, those in attendance were John Christiansen, John Gover, Mike Mullaney, Robert Leslie, David Switzner, Kenneth Howard, Al Davis, Roger Wood, Robert Bray, Paul Roberts, and Jerry Hart. The minutes form the August 30, 2001 meeting was read by Sec/Tres John Gover, Al Davis made a motion to except the minutes as read Jerry Hart seconded the motion and all approved.

New Business

Chairman John Christiansen opened the meeting with discussion on updating the counties EOP manual. John ask if Mike Mullaney , Osceola Police Chief and Ron Sondgrass, County Sheriff could review the Annex on Law enforcement for updating of materials and procedures. John ask Roger Wood Collins Fire Chief to review the annex for Fire Departments, and that all other members review the EOP for changes so they can be put in the new updated Plan.

John Christiansen is working on Annex N (Weapons of Mass Destruction / Terrorism plan) and will submit a Draft to be reviewed at the next meeting.

It was Ask if the LEPC could create a check off list for Hazmat Incidences to help the responders remember all the things that should be.

There will be a Pipeline safety meeting in Warrnesburg Mo. John Christiansen and Robert Bray plan to attend.

The treasure had a balance of $5455.46 as of Oct 11, 2001

Al Davis Made a motion to Adjourn and Jerry Hart Seconded, All approved
