Water Quality Control in November John Christiansen plans to attend.
Railcar Training - Transcaer information was passed around.
Conferences:
GIS February 14-16 Tan-Tar-A will be attended by John Gover and John Christiansen.
4 Corners Conference will be coming up and the SEMA Spring Conference.
Karen Engleson talked about the HMEP Grant. We are currently working on the HAZMAT Plan. Motion to approve the HMEP Grant was made by Jeanne Millsap , second by Jerry Hart, motion carried. This has to be in by October 15 with a copy of the minutes. List of classes for HAZMAT training only should be in the grant. We need to request the training. A full list of the training and description of the training is in the grant. Need a minimum of 15 per class and maximum of 30 per class. The HAZMAT plan must be in by May 2011. Template was given to John Christiansen. Need to do a flow study using the CEPF grant, MODOT can assist.

October 13 Region D New Madrid Fault Earthquake in Springfield. Need to let John Christiansen know if yo will be attending.
April 28, 2011 Great Central U.S. Shakeout information passed around.
Free FEMA Tabletop Exercises passed around.
HAM Radio net – Steve Pierce reported HAM radio check ins of 8/30 (10), 9/6 (7), 9/13 (6), 9/20 (4), and 9/27 (5).
Sheltering – Pam Zaner nothing new. John Christiansen reported that the trailer from Region D that was supposed to go to St. Clair County went to the Boothill according to Greg Gaines.
Bio-Terrorism/Pandemic Influenza - Jeanne Millsap
MHA - Northern Tier October 6 at Cedar County at 10 am. MHA dates for training was shared.
RHSOC - October 20 at Springfield.
Other Planner information was shared.
SMESO is supposed to have a meeting prior to Exercise on October 13.
SEMA Area D Quarterly mtg. - no report.
Mitigation Plan has almost been completed and has been posted on the website at www.trailsrpc.org
2010 NIMCAST update - John Christiansen has completed and we are rolled up. We need to turn in our up to date lists on NIMS training and need to get several people trained.
